1. Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with international addresses will be canceled and refunded.

  • Shipping Time: 3–4 business days for standard shipping within the U.S.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders shipped within the United States are eligible for free standard shipping. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements.

4. What is your return and exchange policy?

  • Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items

  • Exchanges: Accepted within 10 days of delivery

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. For defective or incorrect items, shipping costs are covered by Little Solar Dreams.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.

6. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to track your package.

7. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@Zylenora.store or 937-826-1100. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping, but our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.
